Founded in 2017 by Andrew and Cara Chapman, Innoviv Park Services was created after Andrew – a former park manager, state park operations manager and now multiple park owner – wanted to work together with other park owners to help them achieve the high levels of guest satisfaction, occupancy and profititability he’s been able to achieve in his own parks. Over 50 years of combined experience in the tourism and accommodation sector, including previously operating as hands-on Managers at their own busy holiday parks, has provided Andrew first-hand knowledge of the holiday and caravan park industry.

About Andrew
Andrew Chapman
Principal
Andrew Chapman is the Principal and formerly served as the General Manager of Operations and Development for Australian Tourist Park Management (ATPM) for nearly 10 years. With a wealth of experience in park design and development, as well as buying, selling, operating, and improving the performance of holiday parks, Andrew has become a key figure in the industry. He holds a Diploma in Holiday Park and Resort Management and has owned and operated numerous businesses and holiday parks throughout his career.
Over the past 20 years, Andrew has collaborated with numerous local and state government bodies on various projects, including master plan designs, business planning, operational policies and procedures, leases, and new project costings and assessments.
Andrew is also a Director of Across Australia Parks and Resorts Pty Ltd, a company that owns and operates hotels, motels, and caravan parks across Australia.
